You can sign up for free and list 10 items without listing fees but if you wish to sell more items, you have to sign up as verified member. They are currently running a verified membership promotion of US$7 per month for life if you are one of the 5000 members to sign up for the verified membership.
I like the studio stats where you can see where your traffic are coming from which is a great feature. I also like the one pager form to list new items and the sold page where you can key in your tracking number and it will be sent to the buyer via email.
