A pretty flower lying on a shallow lagoon where the attap palms are planted.

Attap Chee

Fruits of the Attap palm (Nipah palm) This is what the yummy attap chee found in ice kacang looks like before it is havested. Didn't realise it takes so much work to get one little attap chee, which is the premature seed of the fruits, from the fruit cluster.

Durian Tree!!! Didn't realise this is a durian as I was standing too far away, only knew it was a durian tree when I enlarge the photo on my computer to read the tag...
